Shift click on the blue layer in your LAYERS/CUTS window to select the blue color object
CTRL+D to duplicate, then set aside the extra blue L
ALT+O or Click on OFFSET SHAPE
Then select all the L shape inside the A - click on GROUP objects
While blue L is selected, hold CTRL and click on Red A to select both. Press CTRL+B to open Boolean shapes. Choose the option that cuts the L from the A
Go back to the duplicate copy of the L from step 2 - move it to the place desired.
