what do I need to do?

If you do not have limit switches then you don’t use the homing button or do “Auto-home on startup”.

Instead, you’ll have to do a manual homing process:

  1. Make sure machine is off
  2. Move laser head slowly to front-left of machine
  3. Turn on machine

The start location should register as 0,0.
