Help Emblaser Core continuously aborting during cutting

i am running files to cut and my laser (or lightburn) continuously is aborting during the cuts

i have checked everything, files have no gaps, not overlayed, grouped etc., not cutting outside of perimeter, nothing different

i’ve done nothing different than what i have done for over a year now, except upgrade to version 1.0.04, this is the only thing I can think of - did anyone else get this issue when getting latest version ( i realise there is another after this one but that did the same thing)
