Help KEY funktioniert nicht

Hallo
Ich habe das Lightburn Programm gekauft und den Key erhalten ober dieser funktioniert nicht. Ich hatte Ihnen da rauf hin nochmals geschrieben und sie sendet mir den Key nochmals aber der Funktioniert immer noch nicht . Ich habe das Programm da rauf deinstalliert und neu installiert aber das gleiche Problem. Das Probe Abo lief super was mache ich falsch.

I bought the Lightburn program and received the key but it doesn’t work. I wrote to you again and she sent me the key again but it still doesn’t work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program but the same problem. The trial subscription went great, what am I doing wrong?

The biggest thing you are doing wrong is telling us “it doesn’t work” but giving no specific information. Do you get an error message of some kind? If so, can you say what that error message is?
