Help needed with controller Showing ERROR #1 and #6

New to the group! Hoping I can find some help to solve the TopWisdom #1 and #6 error. Anyone have information on which errors these are? TIA

Single pass and stops

Using files that previously worked. When I hit Start it makes a pass from left to right and stops.
