Help! New to lightburn and CNCs. Laser quits during project. Keeps throwing code

I recently bought my first CNC. A Fox Alien 4040XE with the 40 watt laser. My lightburn keeps throwing codes constantly in the console section. I have show all turned off. But it keeps saying IdleIMPos:-397.000,-397.000,-3.000IBf:15,128IFS:0,0 over and over. It also will start to do a fill with my laser and then stops barely into the project. Both axis quit moving but my laser stays on and burns a hole through whatever i’m working on. I’ve tried adjusting the speed and power of the laser. It won’t even make it through a grayscale test. I’ve tried leather and mdf. Plan on working with leather mostly.

Correction, first things first.
In move window do all axis move correctly? Where is your home position? Most are lower left corner. What does get position at top of move window report when it is at home position?

In the move window all axis move correctly. Home position is lower left corner. When I home it, the coordinates show X: -14.930 Y: -15.630 Z: -0.118 U: 0.000

When homed I would go to console and enter G10 L20 P1 X0 Y0 then enter.

I put that in and nothing happened. The same code is showing still and the gantry didn’t move

When I try to home it, it’s like it’s trying to go too far to the left and ends up hitting a limit switch

Read through this. It addresses these problems.
