hello i am new i bought the ortu laser master 2 and i have the ligthburn software and i have updated everything but when i try to homing it says this
ALARM:9

Homing fail. Could not find limit switch within search distance. Defined as 1.5 * max_travel on search and 5 * pulloff on locate phases.

With the machine unplugged from the computer.

1. Does the machine automatically home when you plug it in to the power adapter and turn it on?
2. Are there any lights on?

Test your power supply. Is I outputting 12v? Sounds like it has failed.

If it says 12 v
