Help, ortur master pro 2 loses power supply when laser is engaged

Had my ortur a couple of weeks now with 0 issues.
Finished a project and after it was completed, any time I try and fire my laser or start. I get
[MSG:no power supply! Check troubleshooting section in user manual.] As soon as I stop the laser or home, power bank light turns green again.
It homes, frames, and uses all actions fine until laser is engaged. Any idea?

What does this section of their documentation indicate?

Sounds as a faulty power adapter

I assume this is the OLm2 Pro?
Do you happen to have a 24v 2Amp alternative power source?

For the record, the troubleshooting section of the online manual starts by listing the places to ask online. It then has a ‘Contents’ heading, followed by a simple line saying ‘WIP’.
