Laser head will not move then a message say it paused or busy, only gone to frame then the message come`s up

The “paused or busy” message usually means that LightBurn hasn’t connected, some other software is talking to your laser or something else caused it to disconnect.

In LightBurn, open the Console window, confirm that you’re connected to the xTool D1 pro. Then set the switch on the right hand side to ‘Show all’, and repeat the framing operation.

Please select and copy the information from the Console window into a reply here. We should be able to see if it’s disconnected, disconnecting, or if something else is happening.

Type the following key sequence to launch Task Manager:

Ctrl-Shift-Esc

Look through the tasks to see if either XCS or LaserGRBL are running and close them.

Any other engraving program can monopolize the USB connection and keep LightBurn from connecting.
