Hello. I took over or bought my friend’s old PC with a laser. Now he talked about how awesome Lightburn is supposed to be, and that’s why I want to test it with this PC. Unfortunately, he already had Lightburn on his PC and now, as the new owner, it is not possible for me to start a test phase! But I read that as a company you could release the test phase. could you unlock this?

hello. it was a testphase ID … that should be no problem.
Our support team at Support@lightburnsoftware.com maintains the test phase (trial) extension records. I have seen that the test phase has been extended previously.
Please email support for trial extension requests.

Just to explain, a trial version license number normally becomes your final license number, that’s how it has been with most 
To offer clarity, this is not the case. Trial keys are wholly independent and are used for trialing only. The paid-for License Key is a different key altogether. 
While we encourage members to not post personal and valuable assets such as keys, the trial numbers are managed differently, so less of a concern when someone does post a Trial Key. Additionally, we have automation/tools to redact License Key entries in forum posts.
