I hope I have the right topic and group for this. I have Hao-Tian 50 Watt Galvo JCZ Fiber and it worked great until I updated Lightburn to 2.1.1 yesterday. Now my laser will not fire nor frame. I checked connections, rebooted, etc and so far nothing has helped. Can someone help me get back on the right track?
Same here. Mine keeps alternating between Ready and Disconnected at about one-second intervals. I just updated as well. Mine is an Omtech K40+.
How do I go back to the former version of LB? It worked just fine.

Thank you so much! I went back to an earlier version, and then did the prefs thing, and everything seems fine now. No idea what went wrong, but that’s something to tackle another day.

Same here. I’m using the Laser pecker 4. It will fire but won’t frame.
I ended up uninstalling the update and reinstalling 2.0 and now I am back in business. Be sure to reboot in between.

Also having this issue, on one computer the laser bounces on and off, and then leaves (Win 10) then on the other it is just not there (Win 11) uninstalled and re installed the version that we know worked (2.0.05) and it is back to working on the Win 11 computer, still not sure on the Win 10 computer.. but finding out in just a few min..as SO is having to remake a file he made on the new version.

does not seem to fix the old computer, and I am not sure that we have used the old computer since the controller replacement so this could be a computer issue (this computer is over 10 years old, and has been great but she is showing her age)
