@Rick @Prometheus help me please!!! how can I come back to the factory settings my laser, I change something and now this laser is krazy, i go to the menu screen in the laser and want a password and I don’t have that!!! pleaseeeee

You may benefit from reaching out to the supplier of this laser for the original setting they provided when they shipped this system. The components used (everything except the Ruida gear) to build a “60W Red&Black” can be very different, requiring unique settings for your system.

Is this not an option for you to get back to the settings provided by your laser supplier?

I don’t find the option in Lightburn, and in the controller ask for a password that i don’t have!!!

Resetting to factory parameters does not put it back to a working configuration. What it does is reset it to the defaults it left the controller factory BEFORE it was configured by the laser manufacturer. You will screw up your settings if you reset to factory. DO NOT DO THIS!!!
