I am trying to install a Keyence MD-X1000 fiber laser. I need some help. I currently use marking builder 3 connected via ethernet. I’m having no luck getting it to recognize the laser.
LightBurn currently supports EZCad2 and EZCad2-lite based Galvo lasers (fiber, CO2, or UV) connected with a USB cable.
Ethernet for Galvo lasers is not supported either. Their have been users that swapped their lasers controller so they may use LightBurn, but this is not recommended unless you are very familiar with this hardware and/or ready to lose it if anything goes wrong.
