New LB_CAM-8MP120-W ordered from Lightburn because my camera never would work after a couple of updates.

I have lines and shaky camera control screen. I can not figure out what I am doing wrong. I just want my camera use back and its so frustrating that it was working and then suddenly stopped

I would ask LB-customer service directly if it’s a new camera, it doesn’t look like a software problem (to me).
