The first pic is not an error, purely information so nothing to be concerned with.
This is likely because of the physical layout of your laser. Since you have a -16 mm offset, your laser head needs to move left 16 mm relative to the position of the red laser crosshair. I suspect your head or something near it is hitting the left limit switch when it needs to make that adjustment at the start of the job.
If that’s the case, then first check to see if there’s anything mechanical you can do to avoid the situation. If you cannot, then you may need to move the design to the right until you’re able to clear all obstacles.
Alternatively, disable the pointer offset, don’t use the red crosshairs, and rely exclusively on the laser dot to do your alignment.
