This is typically going to be due to an incorrect machine origin setting in Edit->Device Settings.
Your laser is most likely intended to be configured as a bottom-left origin machine. Check your origin and change to bottom-left if it’s not already and then retest.
I want the laser to begin in the lower left corner. I cannot get it to start there. Which setting do I need to change.
Did you check the Origin setting in Edit->Device Settings as described? If it’s not clear, can you take a screenshot of that screen?
