Hi,

I’m using Lightburn to design my cuts etc and saving to USB, then loading the USB directly to the Snapmaker to run. When the Snapmaker loads the code, it goes to it’s machine Home, which is in the centre of the work area, I then have to manually jog the laser over to the bottom left and set the work origin. Is there a way to make the machine automatically go to the bottom left of the work area, so I can start from the same location everytime?

I haven’t got a clue about G-code but am willing to learn if the outcome I want is possible.

Did you ever get an answer to this question? I’m curious about that too.

No unfortunately not. I just make a note if I’m working on the same piece or eyeball it if I’m running multiple pieces.
