When I move it manually it grinds on the gears and wheels a little and it seems like it sticks a little too
It seems like it’s a fixed pin, I’m not really sure, and it makes sense that the belt is stuck a little because it squeaks when moved manually and sounds a little forced
If that’s the case, please go back to your installation manual for the device. Re-check all of their j instructions carefully. Might consider contacting them directly for assistance too .
Thank you! I have already reviewed it several times and everything seems to be well put together, I really don’t know what else to do, I am already in contact with them, I hope I can find the solution soon
I do not have the to same device however mine was literally too tight. I had to very slightly loosen the belt drive tension for mine to make it smooth
I try that too but didnt work, i already in contact with algolaser suport i hope they can help, thank you!
Hi! im back with great news, finally i finded the problem with the machine, i remove the “X” axis motor and realized that the screws that I point out in the photo were not tightened and the piece was loose and did not rotate with the motor, once i tight the screws and put everything back together it all works again!
Thank you all for the help!!
