I downloaded the calibration circle PNG file and when I try to print it at 100% scale on 8.5x11 paper the dot pattern comes out almost as large as the paper. But the download page states that the calibration circles should be 148x105mm. This is significantly smaller than what I printed. Will the larger size still work. Or do I need to manually scale the PNG down to the states size?

the method uses shape recognition, not size , so the actual size is not important.
bigger is better in most cases.
