If you’re willing to share the image you’re working with I’ll test it with the Trace tool then the Offset shapes tool.

It’s a great way to get a cut-out outline for an image.

Imagine you have an image loaded that you’d like to engrave, then cut out: [image] With the image selected, go to Tools > Trace Image (or press Alt+T): Adjust the threshold and other controls until you see the edge you want shown in purple: [image] Click Ok to keep the trace, and make sure ‘Delete image after trace’ is not enabled since you want to keep the image for engraving.
