You will need to renew your license
Roughly 30$

then once its reactivated (you need to remember your old one)
you are able to update for a 12 months again

I am 78 years old and can barely remember how to spell Bob backwards. How in the world am I supposed to remember a number I got many years ago? If I can’t find the number can I just purchase it again? What version do I need to get to run a Xtool D1 diode laser?

You could buy a license again but i think if you own one you are better off renewing it
Get in touch with support team via email - asking exactly what you asked here and indicate you do not remember your key.

They will be able to give you data via email they cant post in public (for obvious privacy reasons)
