i cant use certain tool such as welding word together and it does auto save every 2 min thats it causes the program to load and pause thats soo anoying

You adjust the auto save time in the settings menu (Gears Icon). You can set any time interval you want. If you set it to 0 it will not auto save.

You shouldn’t notice any load or pause time when auto-saving. Where are you saving to?
