How do you get smooth lines?

What setting would I need to do to get the edges to have clean lines and not pixel lated ones ?

Make sure you eliminate as much mechanical backlash from the X-axis. Check that the pinion gear is properly secured to the stepper motor. Check belt tension.

Once you’ve done everything possible on the mechanical side, eliminate further scanning offset by configuring an adjustment in Edit->Device Settings.

You can read more about how to do that here:
Scanning Offset Adjustment - LightBurn Software Documentation

Left to right motion looks good.
Which axis corresponds to up and down on the tumbler?
Is the engraver travelling 'up-and down on the tumbler while engraving this image?

Applying the Scanning Offset may take out a large part of that jagged edge.

I assume the tumbler was lying sideways in the rotary so the vertical motion seen in the photo is a result of X-axis travel.

Could it be the table it’s on it has wheels ? I’m just starting out and trying to figure everything out ?

Unlikely unless this allows movement of the laser independent of the material.

Did you review your laser for potential backlash?
