How long should I run the fan after laser was in use, before I switch off fan.

Which fan? The laser cooling fan? Since it cools down fast, you can turn that off nearly immediately. Maybe 30 seconds. The fume extraction fan should run a little more to make sure all fumes are removed. This depends on the power of the fan.
