I believe this error messages are not necessarily a problem.

Does your Creality home correctly? At what point on the engraving process does this error appear in the console window?

Did you create the device manually or auto?

Make sure you selected GRBL device from the list

Also in the console window, could you copy/paste the whole output here

Seems to be just the debugging, that’s still enabled as output

Does the machine engrave correctly?

Try running this file if you can in absolute coordinates mode

Yes, it engraves everything correctly, but when scanning the workspace, these errors sometimes appear.

I tagged Rachel from Creality that might clarify, but I think is just some debugging data from firmware that wasn’t disabled. I think you can disregard those errors if the engraving it is working.

Probably someone with a Creality might confirm this too. Lets see what others say

these errors happened when I click frame.

besides this, the laser engines make a sharp sound when they reach the end and it’s as if the brake sensors don’t work.

Does the machine home correctly when you power it on?

Also, you are in negative coordinates, are you in absolute coordinates mode?

I now tried again to perform this project only as from the middle of the area and it did it perfectly

but if I start it at the extreme edges or at the corners, the error appears that the GPIO is not installed.

Your firmware is old needs to be updated

Please refer to manufacturer documentation for “how To’s”

To add on, it only works with the Falcon2 series (12w/22w/40w lasers). If you’re using a CR Falcon, the firmware has not been upgraded to hide these codes yet. Yet you can ignore them, as long as the laser is functioning properly.
