How to contact Ortur support: emails KO, ticket interface KO

I’ve just bought a LaserMaster3 and I’m trying to reach the support. :persevere:

Such labyrinthic ways to try to reach Ortur… with 3 different websites:

Email. The contact page Contact us To Order Engraving Machines Online gives 3 support emails.

Ticketing on My Tickets - Ortur Customer Support
it says “You haven’t submitted a ticket yet. Click here to submit your first ticket.”
And that goes to a blank page "Our work order system has been newly upgraded, and the submission entrance has been updated. Please click to visit https://ortur.tech/ " but I’m already on .tech!

Feedback User Feedback - Ortur - User Feedback goes to a blank page as well…

Digging into the error message, it looks like my email (@free.fr) is blocked as a spam by their provider.
So I’m trying to reach them with a gmail address.

This is the mail system at host smtp3-g21.free.fr.
