Such labyrinthic ways to try to reach Ortur… with 3 different websites:
Email. The contact page Contact us To Order Engraving Machines Online gives 3 support emails.

Ticketing on My Tickets - Ortur Customer Support
it says “You haven’t submitted a ticket yet. Click here to submit your first ticket.”
And that goes to a blank page "Our work order system has been newly upgraded, and the submission entrance has been updated. Please click to visit https://ortur.tech/ " but I’m already on .tech!
