How to cut a circle to 1/8 of a piece?

I am trying to divide a circle to 8 pieces but I can’t seem to make it work, I can do 1/4.
Any advice?

How do you plan to use the divided circle? That will determine strategy for how to divide it. And are you assuming pie slices? Or some other shape?

Draw circle

Draw vertical line

Draw horizontal line

Select all, click on icon that looks like a bullseye

Draw another V and H line, center those two.

Press SHIFT + “,” to rotate 45 degrees

Select all again, and press the bullseye icon again.

Drink coffee and be happy
