How to delete a line in a circle

hello

i want to make a shape with circle but need to cut out the lowest part of the circle

[LightBurn (Oz)]

Go to Edit Nodes, point the mouse over the part of the circle between those two lines, and press ‘T’ to Trim the line:

Start with this:

Make sure the circle is an editable path first:

Then click here for node editing:

Hover over the lower part:

Press T to Trim the circle:

When you’re done, go back to Select mode (press Esc) then select both parts, and go to Edit > Auto Join Selected Shapes to connect the pieces together, or you can just drag the ends together when you’re still in Edit Nodes mode to make that happen.
