Hi. My 32bit PC has died last night and i need to download the 64bit version. Do i have to re-purchase, or is it possible to somehow just download the 64bit version ??
Go to the downloads page. Use your current key unless it’s expired then you’ll need to download the version that was current when it was active.
No idea on my current key, as that was on the PC that died
Check out the license portal in the upper right. If you can’t login email support.
