So, I am very new to using the Lightburn program, I have a Hydra 9 One laser. I am not sure on how to go about using the rotary tool. There is not a lot of info on how the two co-exist. If anyone has any tips, tricks or videos they couls share. Please do so!
Here’s some instructions i wrote on doing mugs with a chuck.
As far as powder coated mugs. Nothing special to do with the mug. Just engrave, the laser will burn off the powder coating and you will be left with the design. You just need to figure out speed and power for your machine. Plan on one or two “Oh Crap”s” until you figure everything out. To save destroying too many mugs in the process use some painters tape on the mug with light power to test everything out.
