How to get Text with contour as in Ezcad?

Hi, I just installed the Fibre laser plugin and I do love it. However one import feature from Ezcad is missing or I don’t know how to get it in LB.

Text in Ezcad can be engraved with a hatch and a contour (small offset line around the character). This is very nice and professional for engraving animal tags. Anyone who can tell to do that or whether it is possible in LB?

You’d want to use the new Sub Layers in LightBurn. You can set a second layer to do an outline around it with an offset:

Thanks Steve! That is a new option that I had not discovered yet. I am fairly new to fibre lasers so will try out the contour around my text.
