How to make a line THICKER

Hello all.

So I have an outline of a State. No problem. But I would like to engrave this outline THICKER in width.

Can you all throw me a bone on how this would be done?

Use OFFSET.

Set the layer to FILL.

Make a sandwich.

Easy.
