How to resize imported SVG by factor?

When I import some SVG I need to scale it exactly by factor, like 50%. Scalling with mouse move is not sufficient.

Please note that 3D printer can resize by factor in all 3 directions:

For Lightburn, resize is much more easier:

1. Select the shapes you want to scale
2. In Numeric Edits toolbar make sure that the padlock is enabled
3. In Width or Height scaling fields enter 50, push Enter or Tab on keyboard
