Hello everyone.
Everything is engraving perfectly with the software.
the only issue we are running, is not able to fully engrave the circle for a logo. It has a small gap, always in the same location.
we have tried engraving another circle on top with inverse starting point to go over but its not working.

If you can tell which direction this is occurring, you can determine (using preview) if it’s start or end timing.
Another way is to use the materials test and just draw boxes… you will see the gap at the bottom corner… or any box will do…
CoreFile2 is much more simple to use… from someone that will take pain over Microsoft… I use it to align my lenses…
We calibrated the laser, and other patterns are fine, is just the circle on the logo.
If I rotate the circle 360 degrees, it would have the gap on the other side. 90 deg would appear on the top or bottom.

I will try creating a box to test. See if there is a gap or not. that’s a good recommendation for triage. thank you
Check to make sure you don’t have a ‘Tab’ enabled on that circle shape - if you do it would cause the gap you’re seeing, and it would rotate as you rotated the circle.
The issue was the timing and delay of the laser. thanks for the video.
