How to use Gweike Cloud with LightBurn + tips, tricks & FAQ

I also had this problem. My machine came with zero setup instructions and every one I downloaded had a different looking model than the one I had. None had instructions asking us to look through the box with the cotton buds and ruler for a metal and wire connection plug and insert into slot at back before it would work.
Could move things around, connect to lightburn but wouldn’t fire until this was done.

A question about the parameters, the link you posted is helpful but I’m at a loss for a few bits, so if you know what settings I should use for lightburn I’d appreciate it. Basswood? Like what comes in the starter pack? The instructions have it but it’s not on the parameter link you put up, and as I said the instructions I downloaded were garbage so I don’t know if they should be used.

Also I noted silica gel? As in the desiccant? That seems weird so I assume it’s meant to be silicone instead?

Lastly the machine is supposedly capable of engraving/etching on metal, at least according to the promo material. And seeing as that’s one of the things my wife wanted it for, I’d love to know the parameters but they aren’t listed.

This is really useful info, thanks @BillieRuben , I have just taken a Gweike Cloud RF Metal Tube c02, so this is really helpful in setting up

When using this stuff, you have to be smart enough to walk away before it gets to you.

Don’t work on these if you are tired, it can only go downhill from there..
