How2 create a Outline Cut from a model?

and i want to engrave this and at least i want to cut it out.
How can i create a outline around the model?
Rubberband will work but has many corrections to do.

If it is a vector image and not a bitmap, you can use the offset feature to expand the perimeter.

Sorry, yes it is a vector image.
I’d tried to use the offset but then the offset ist not on the perimeter outline, it is on all fraqments of the vectorimage.

I got it, manuell way, splitted some innerlines on the nodes and build a outerline.
