Humidity is maxxing out here in NW Illinois.
Moisture is condensing in the tubes between the compressor and the laser head, causing water to spitz, sputter, and dribble on my work.
Argh!
If you have any suggestions (other than moving to Arizona), I’d love to hear them.
If not, get out your fiddle and accompany, “Cry Me A River.”

Turn up your chiller temp above the dew point rather than a cold constant temperature.

If I’m reading you right, this has nothing to do with your chiller system..
You need to put an air dryer of some type between the compressor and laser head.
I have a solenoid that opens momentarily to let out the compressors accumulated condensed water from the tank when it’s operating.
What’s wrong with this idea? … (I live in Arizona
).
