I have the folder on my desktop named Lightburn. When I open it up and click on Lightburn Art! It opens up and it shows the library’s that I put in there. But I can not copy the library’s or the Lightburn folder into my art Library!

I click on load, then the .lbart folder that I want to load and the LightBurn program goes into a lock down! In the upper left of the computer screen , it says "LightBurn 1.0.06 (not responding)
Yesterday, I left it on for over two hours and it didn’t load anything into the Art Library
