lightburn software dosent recognize my galvo laser since de begining, it works in my desktop pc but not in my laptop alienware 16bit windows 11 home 16gb capacity
This is worth review. 
I did all that and still nothing it says framing disconnected error at the bottom of the screen

When you say, “did all that and still nothing”, please explain the step by steps you’ve taken and how you progress through each step.
I might check to ensure I am working with a known good cable connection between the device and the laptop, and would double-check that the cable is well seated.
