i am trying to connect my longer ray5 10w laser via wi-fi in lightburn. but i keep getting a waiting for connection message
Research the Forum for WiFi solutions. It does not have to be specific to the Longer laser.
Now for the bad news, WiFi should be your very last choice for connecting to the laser. It is unreliable and often has signal dropouts. When streaming a program to the laser, this is the last thing you want. Either use Ethernet (if your laser supports it) or USB (most common for diode lasers).
Show the settings from the device settings window. Did you set the correct IP and port?
Though, as Mike already said, don’t use wifi if you have any other option.
