I cannot get the fire button to work on my jtech kaser

My laser fires at full power at initial turn or when choosing com 4. The fire button will not fire any longer. I gave checked all my settings and they appear to all be correct. Any ideas?

Which J Tech engraver do you have and do you switch back and forth to CNC milling with a spindle? Which version of GRBL is on your controller?
