I cannot run the .exe for V 1.1.02

When I try to run 1.1.02.exe file I get the following message.

Cannot update - access denied

I cannot get the last two updates to load on either computer. I have added lightburn to my PC-Matic whitelist. I am the administrator of the computer. I could use a hint on what needs to be done. screen shot: [lightburn] Windows 10 Thank you

I have PC-Matic virus also but I just turned off Super Sheild Protection then downloaded the update and it installed fine. Turned Super Sheild back on. Everything is working fine so foar.
