When I try to open lightburn it tells me my trial has expired. I purchased lightburn and installed it on this computer several months and it was working fine. I entered my license key in order to activate my license, but it says the activation limit has been reached. I only installed light burn on one other computer.
I then tried to access the license portal. I entered my email and password then it take me to a two-factor authentication page thats asking me for a code. I have no idea where to get this code.
Its not sent to my email or phone number. pleas help
