I have a laser machine that uses the SPI Laser source, but I can’t configure the parameters to be compatible with that. You
can see the image below. Can you help me fix it? Thanks and best regards
I have a laser machine that uses the SPI Laser source, but I can’t configure the parameters to be compatible with that. You
I don’t believe RAYCUS is a valid Fiber source type for SPI. Is that something you’re configuring on the EZCAD side? If not, perhaps try picking a different laser type, then switching to SPI once imported into LightBurn.
Keep in mind that I’m speculating.
Hi, Jack Wilborn
I try switching laser type SPI but still not working
Hi, Berainlb
I’m configed param in Ezcad laser type SPI, then I import markcfg 7 into lightburn, It show laser type “Invaild Laser type”
You are changing your original settings.. never do that.. if you need to find where you messed up, it’s unlikely without the original files.
Just change the setting in Lightburn device settings.
Dear jikwilborn,
I have manually set the parameter in lightburn to SPI. But it still doesn’t work.
Hi, Jkwiborn
Can you demo operating your SPI laser machine? I want to see it
Are you sure the machine has a SPI source?
Sorry, I have a JPT, not an SPI source.
Spi have special communication. Type e or type d not working with it. I work with lasers 11years and only once see SPI, simplest its sell your source on ebay and use ipg type.
Okay I got it, thank you so much
I’d suggest sending an email to support@lightburnsoftware.com explaining your situation. SPI laser types should be supported.
Hi, Berainlb. I will send an email to the Lightburn support team. Thank you. Good day for you
