I can't connect my Longer brand laser machine to the Light Burn program; it says I need to download a program. Could you help me obtain this program?

Please provide more information about your Longer laser. We know nothing about a “hobby laser”.

Not sure if that is that exact model you have but chances are your setup will be similar.
