Hello everyone, I cannot connect the atomstack x7 laser to my imac, I have changed 3 USB cables and the imac cannot find the device, I am from Chile, can someone help me, I would appreciate it
Regarding Macs and lasers it seems they work if you plug the cheapest USB-hub between the laser and the Mac, give it a try.
- Also try power off laser
- disconnect laser from Mac
- power-on laser
- start Lightburn
- connect laser to Mac.
If it doesn`t work wait and someone with a Mac will help you.
