I can't cut my Plywood Birch 1/8

I just bought an Ortur Master 2 LU 1-4 system …

I am trying to make an ornament for Christmas … I am trying to cut a circle out of 3.5mm (1/8) birch plywood, I have set the speed and power but it doesn’t work … I need my ornament to have a clean-cut and no burn marks because I will sell it.

What am I doing wrong!?!
Please help…
