I can't open or operate my lightburn as of this error message WMI blocked

Hi. I bought a second hand laser machine and the person I bought it from installed lightburn on my laptop. But now I can’t use it seems blocked. I deleted it and downloaded 30 days trial but when I open it, I get licensed error message about WMI disabled

Have you checked that service and tried enabling it?

Yes I tried, apparently I need new operating system. I installed lightburn on another PC and it works perfectly.
