I engraved an image off the Internet and loved how it turned out. I am not even sure how to articulate this question. Somehow the figures in the image are raised, the background of the image seems to be embedded?
You could either have cropped the image or, in some way, selected the image and changed the dimensions in relation to the background…

I may be wrong but it looks to me as though the original was “Inverted”.
Would I Preview and click on Inverted or…clicked Edit (Menu) and click Select Inverted? Or, does it matter?
How would I have changed the dimensions?
Inadvertently dragging one of the corner or side markers on the selection always works for me …
Which is why I disabled resizing on the PC sitting atop the laser. Rotating the layout to suit the material was fine, but resizing it by just an accidental itsy was entirely too easy.

I figured it out…What I did was to bring the laser bed up a bit, raised the power up a bit and made 2 passes.
Then I gave it 2 coats of Mod Podge.
