The sides measure parallel and the same length. Not 90 degrees
First, make sure the issue doesn’t exist in the design itself.
If not in the design, then this is likely going to be a mechanical issue in your laser. Make sure that your frame is square. If it’s not square, that angle will be directly transferred into the cut shapes.
